Earlobe crease relationship with coronary atherosclerotic burden and pericardial adiposity

Kontext: Vzhledem k omezenĂŠmu mnoĹžstvĂ ĂşdajĹŻ stĂĄle jeĹĄtÄ panuje znaÄnĂĄ nejistota ohlednÄ vĂ˝znamu a korelace mezi zĂĄhybem uĹĄnĂho lalĹŻÄku (earlobe crease, ELC) zĂĄtÄŞà koronĂĄrnĂch tepen aterosklerĂłzou plus adipozitou perikardu. CĂl: CĂlem naĹĄĂ studie bylo zhodnotit souvislost ELC hodnocenou vĂ˝poÄtem kalciovĂŠho skĂłre (coronary artery calcium score, CAC), pĹĂtomnostĂ plĂĄtĹŻ zĂĄvaĹžnostĂ stenĂłz i objemem perikardiĂĄlnĂho tuku (pericardial fat volume, PFV) u pacientĹŻ s podezĹenĂm na ischemickou chorobu srdeÄnĂ. Metody: Do zaĹazeno 70 odeslanĂ˝ch naĹĄe oddÄlenĂ pro klinickĂŠ podezĹenĂ srdeÄnĂ, nichĹž provedeno vyĹĄetĹenĂ 64ĹĂĄdkovou CT koronarografiĂ; z uvedenĂŠho poÄtu jich 33 (47 %) mÄlo ELC.
